It won't improve performance, but it will remove all stutters.

Wrong. Performances on AMD are worse with every update and the disk cache hasn't change anything at all.

An RX 580 is a decent hardware. Stop judging people people because they don't go with the expensive
@nvidia. And stop encouraging their monopoly. -
Decent hardware for gaming / usual use, not very good card for emulation. Ask AMD to fix their OpenGL drivers, or wait for Vulkan.

Waiting for Vulkan. But that shouldn't excuse is absence from the emulator, or a better approach with OpenGL, or DirectX. What excuses it is that it's a "alpha".
