    Pure Sk8 @ TRIA day 2 in the books. Lots of overspeed work with sets of squats, scissors, planks on weighted balls to always finish each time. Attention to details and lots of smiles while doing it. – bij Tria Minnesota Wild

    What a Gr8 first day @ our Pure Sk8 camp. Not one puck touched but lots of edges, stridework and competitive skating battles. Some high end players from 2011-2006 in attendance.

    Fun weekend up at the Superrink and thank you Spencer for another Gr8 tourney. 06’s finished strong with back to back wins against FHIT. 08 AAA’s with a super exciting Championship game vs Thunder Bay Selects losing late 2-1. 07 AAA team defending their title from last year.

    08 Yuro Stars AAA 4-0 with a 6-3 win over Miracle Gold. Play Thunder Bay Selects in the Chip @ 1:15pm. 07’s 3-0-1 and off to the Chip, wait to see who they’ll play. 06’s on the board with a big 6-1 win over FHIT Northeast. Rest up boys, big day.

    Day two. ECHL, NCAA, Junior, Tier I, Prep and Varsity kids @ TRIA this morning. Good mix of skills from Stride work, Dynamic Shooting to position specific drills. Day off and back at it Thursday.

    No championship hardware this weekend for the 2008 AAA team. 5-1 loss to an very hard working solid Manitoba Stallions team. Safe travels back to Canada 🇨🇦. Like I mentioned before, never mind losing to a well coached, hard working disciplined team.
