I don't know. YouTube's policies are very vague and this is a difficult case since it's disguised as humor, I think a joke in poor taste shouldn't be a bannable offense. The focus should be on the harassment Crowder has done.

Doing bad jokes can still be harassment though and shouldn’t save you from YouTube enforcing their policies however they choose, vague or not.
