      Currently doing German Volume Training, a classic strategy to put on muscle mass. 2 Exercises 10 Sets x 10 reps 90s rest between set Tempo: 32X0 ( I lower the weight in 3s, pause 2s, explode up) I do this madness 1x/year. Thought I was gonna go cross-eyed from that 2s pause.
