Is there a good analysis somewhere on the spectrum of human self-actualization. I'm curious if that's been quantified and how. The pessimist in me says the results won't be good but I'm genuinely curious to see.

Specifically thinking of spiral dynamics. Google image search leads to colorful charts - https://www.google.com/search?q=spiral%20dynamics&tbm=isch …. I’ve been intrigued by this model but haven’t concluded on it yet. Would love to hear some thoughts.
