Maybe they have no chinese website since they can't have chinese investors? Just throwing a thought out there... Any other red flags for this one?

+ a bunch of unsubstantiated corporate partnerships. The fact that there isn't a chinese website is very suspicious given that it seems like they are going to target the chinese market first based on their "partnerships". Why wouldn't they want to advertise project in China?
