Sometimes in meditation instead of letting thoughts come and go you gotta grab the most dissonant ones and process them in your body. Then other thoughts will be scared to fuck with you

yeah. if it's critical it all comes screaming back...once things get started it's not really something that can even be managed...some people look more graceful than others but this shit is destructive and will take you apart one way or another
