I’ve done the psychedelics Gone on the meditation retreats Felt the ego die and be reborn. I’d still guess that when our bodies die, it’s lights out forever.

I have not! Certainly open to trying.
https://www.iacworld.org/ for the first and QHHT for the latter. I started with those before heading towards psychedelics and meditation (am now doing mainly structured contemplation and Somatic processing). So I’d be interested to hear what someone thinks coming the opposite route
