Exercise of the Day: 1. What is your wildest dream or goal? 2. How does it make you feel? 3. What is the minimum viable outcome that would have actually made you feel that way? We can be more efficient in creating a good life instead of going for the “maximum” viable outcome.

Note “a” and “b” don’t have to be from the same activity. It may be good to diversify to minimize risk or be efficient by packing more into one activity; it’s about management. You can always go for your wildest dreams too, but it doesn’t have to be from a place of lack.
