      Caught myself in a reality tunnel last night by following a sense that something was off. Realized that the driving and growing force was “pride”. Had to dive in to snuff it out but became appreciative of the mnemonic to beware or “be aware” of the 7 deadly sins. Deadly for sure.

      I try to stay away from pride externally and only use it internally in moments of slef doubt
