also, exercise is useless; good diet is useless; etc.
Setting sleep aside (btw it's virtue signaling only in some circles, in others stuff like blue-light blocking glasses is doing the opposite), how are exercise and good diet useless? Their relative value (compared to conscientiousness and IQ) may be low, not the absolute one.
ok this is personal but subjectively i don't notice any difference between prolonged absence of physical exercise vs regular vigorous exercise; good diet is simply an issue of us having no idea what """really""" constitutes a good diet. the recommendations flip every 20-30 years
I agree that we have no idea. But one could still make a case for them being important if we count not spending the whole day motionless as exercise and not stuffing yourself with refined sugar as a good diet.
