Female circumcision is ABUSE and should be reported and there should be some penalty on it. Not legalized

I was talking to a certain doctor who was convinced that we should legalize female circumcision sorta like how they legalize abortion in the US kinda thing so people won’t do it ta7t el sellem and harm their children

And let’s put in mind if a low socioeconomic/ low educated parents heard that it’s not okay to do so but then find out that it’s legal and now doctors are doing it, you think they will still see it not okay ? Think of much the rates would go way higher than they already are !

One more thing, that doctor wasn’t a young fellow colleague. He was an old professor to whom alot if people look up and follow and i hated him forever after that
