seems like the cookie trick was fixed recently (in non private browsing) for accounts btw: rweb_optin reverting to default everytime

Even w/o the user agent trick I was in the old interface in private browsing mode. I wonder how long will the useragent trick will work (because having a large portion of Opera 9 users in your 2019 stats looks totally legit, after all :p)

i mean yes, it looks fake, but imo it's like a protest vote: a huge amount of ie11 and opera users suddenly appearing out of nowhere makes clear what we think of the redesign

you have to go into manage extensions > user agent switcher > options and then add the opera one, then switch to it using "override for domain"
