Well that seems to me to be a shame because Peterson has some very valuable contributions to make, albeit being controversial. But surely Christianity is founded on controversy? Universities are becoming echo chambers - this is not good for open minded thinking.
The university have released the following statement regarding Jordan Peterson being a visiting fellow in the Divinity faculty: "We can confirm that Jordan Peterson requested a visiting fellowship, and an initial offer has been rescinded after a further review."

I thought university is supposed to be a place to present and discuss different ideas? This smells like fear and cowardice. If you don't agree with him, debate him. I don't agree with everything he says, but he's honest, genuine and aiming for noble causes.

He doesn’t believe that disabled people should be given accommodations, but yeah sure if he doesn’t think I belong at Cambridge because I get academic accommodations because disabled people should just accept they’re inherently worse then I’ll just debate him for my rights?
