That's strange, is this happening on your YouTube Premium account or just on the main app when you watch a video? Clearing your cache and cookies, restarting your device and updating the app will surely do the trick. Keep us in the loop!

Just on the main app on my iPhone7. Im using ios13 beta. I tried restarting my device and reinstalled the Youtube app. Is there a way to clear cache in the Youtube app?

To clarify, once you've reinstalled the app, that'll clear all data and cache history of the app. Also, make sure you're logged in to the right account. Let us know if it works?

Thanks for the details – does this happen on every video you're trying to download? Also, it would be helpful if you can also provide a screenshot of the page when downloading videos while on Wi-Fi. Keep us posted.

Yes. To all the videos. Totally the download button went missing after connecting to Wifi but eventually appear after turning off wifi and start appearing again if I switch to my cellular data. Please see attached screenshots. Thank you.pic.twitter.com/oUw0vQuXzt
