People don't seem to like that I don't like Bitcoin. Bitcoin being the future and progress, all without needing to trust anyone. Funny that "trustless" is so narrowly applied. How about trustless as in: "I don't trust finance people to act in the best interest of society."

The condition our environment is in seems to be caused by the past and status quo, which basically means those "finance people" loaned unimaginable numbers of money to orgs which did this to our planet, paying their employees and sub contracts on the go
Okay sure, but that's not news. Just because other bad things happen, doesn't mean this isn't bad or important.

i think its news to 99% of ppl who - if asked - would say the government is printing our money and spending it into the economy. But its private banks who basically run the biggest "government programs" and call it investment banking.

oh and this is what decides directly or indirectly the vast majority of work billions of ppl are putting in every week 40h+ to shape our reality - and whether obama or trump - or capitalism or communism - this fact stays the same ad brought us todays reality

have you heard about https://github.com/mimblewimble/grin … ? i don't know too much about it - but from what i read it's the only "blockchain" project that makes me a little curious. It's implemented in rust (which i don't know a lot about), but feel inspired following your rust stuff :-) thx
