      The mac was getting old, begging for a replacement. I heard a lot of complaints about the new MBPs and I personally don't think I could stomach that keyboard. @yoshuawuyts got one of these X1 Carbon and was happy, I followed

      haha, no - I found out later that you need to enable it from Windows before you switch to Linux to enable it. Haven't had the patience to reinstall Windows yet to enable that. Also need windows for BIOS updates, so might do that within the next year or so just for good measure.

      Hey Yosh just an update on the SIM card thing. It works! I tried my phone's card and that worked without any configuration! I'm using Ubuntu 18.04. Then I tried a prepaid chip, but first I had to "activate" it on a phone, with some SMSs, then it workedpic.twitter.com/By14LXvwy7
