Oh and yes, if you build the drivers for missiles & missle launchers you're a weapons manufacturer. Improving weapons doesn't mean you're one of the good guys now. You're helping build things that are purpose-built to murder people. There's little moral justification there.

And yeah, there's always the disclaimer that some people have few other options to work at / aren't privileged. That's okay. Working for a morally compromised entity, and not having another feasible choice of employment are not mutually exclusive.
