I took a stab at creating this as a weekend project: https://github.com/fpapado/org-release-announcer-twitter … Might be better on Glitch: https://glitch.com/~release-announcer-twitter … The hardest part was the docs and making it easy to self-host, rather than the implementation. Funny how those things work sometimes.
