No, its a service that starts when you login. You define it in
$HOME/.config/systemd/user as a .service file and you enable/start it with the --user (no sudo needed) option. The tricky part for the services is when it needs to wait for some other thing to be running (like X11)2 replies 0 retweets 1 like
