Something I notice in almost every #reactjs tutorial: a complete disregard of HTML semantics. Useless divs, anchors that should be buttons etc.
Please teach responsibly!

totally understand using a useless div in that instant, as you kind of have to (though it can def be an article or section sometimes, for instance). but I'm looking at 7 nested divs rn
I've seen this on more than one consulting gig too. I suspect it's because people become used to using react-devtools, which show nicely named components - and not the div soup thats shipped to users.

To be fair React DevTools shows all host components too including any divs.
