Visiting my parents means eating food. More so than during any other time of the year. (Typing this while eating my 6th or so meal of the day).

That's exactly what I fear of visiting my family for Xmas in a city where tapas are almost a religion (Granada, Spain). I gain two extra kilos just because of the plane landing there.
