Hehe, I switched to Pacman and oh man it's amazing! It's just that Arch takes so much extra work to get started right haha.

not to hype homebrew too much, but _it works_ and thankfully it has become a de-facto standard. oss package management on macOS is gloriously not very fragmented, everyone contributes to the same project

Oh yeah, thats pretty neat! It does have some weird rules & limitations, but the good definitely outshines the bad for sure. Idk, I think by the very nature of Linux that might not be happening anytime soon for the OS. Ghmmm.
