Well, sorta — was specifically looking for Tokio, they don't seem actively maintained. Also Tokio seems to be getting another major rewrite, and file IO wasn't mentioned anywhere, as opposed to TCP & timers. idk, it feels like it might be a while :(

Yeah, tokio is still in flux, i'm waiting for that too. But you're in luck, this was published by a well-known rustacean recently: https://github.com/seanmonstar/futures-fs … so it'll get better!
