Either can return all the possible hashes in a header or as a comment at the top of the bundle. Then the user of the service would need to include them in the integrity attribute on the script tag for polyfill.io.
Thinking a bit more, header makes more sense at then we can serve them with our minified bundles and keep the JS as small as possible. I do wonder how many extra bytes all the hashes would add to the response...
