Kinda realizing that at a certain point there is no "good" GH workflow. Email, GH notifications — they don't cut it

do you use anything to help manage the notifications? i can't imagine managing gh notifications on a popular FOSS project

Nope, I just reply to things as they come in / if people ping me on IRC. There's just too much to reply to all :/
