It took two weeks and the last company who I worked for 1 month and 2 weeks doesn't give me the pay because they won't support the visa.

Oh no! Was this a Dutch company? If you had a contract, talk to a lawyer — they can get in massive trouble under Dutch law for this
Actually, even without a contract — verbal agreements are binding in the Netherlands. Talking to a lawyer regardless might be good

There's public lawyers you can reach out to too btw (rechtsbijstand) — this might not even cost you anything, and just get you your pay
