When do you use setimmediate vs nexttick?
The fact that we need to do setTimeout(fn, 0) in browsers is probably the biggest JS hack I use on a daily basis. We need setImmediate.

setImmediate === run at start of next frame - with requestIdleCallback() there's less need for nextTick() I think
