A Nodesource representative had to resign b/c of their over-representation on the board - although they might have gone b/c of other reasons

I think from the text in https://github.com/nodejs/TSC/pull/316 …, and from knowing Jeremiah a bit, it’s clear that it’s not just TSC over-representation
