Probably also include content fingerprinting (sha256) so we can stop propagation in the graph. But also useful for browser reload triggers

How do you optimize CSS, i.e. if you use postcss how do you make sure that all needed styles are used in the current app state?

If you're not using postcss but tachyons then you most likely send ~70% CSS you don't use. tachyons is great but only if you prune on deploy
