No arguments on the importance of async_hooks! Tho if done right, we shouldn't have to terminate http/2 before it reaches node.
Oh man, on that topic - was so excited when I saw sendfile was added! Fingers crossed someday we can get uv_link_t streams too

Yeah, the send file stuff is awesome. Have a couple more things in mind too.
