It's cool HTTP/2 is coming to Node tho. Just, like, in prod TLS should be terminated before a request reaches Node anyway. Same with HTTP/2

No arguments on the importance of async_hooks! Tho if done right, we shouldn't have to terminate http/2 before it reaches node.
