really? for me it's the first time i've seen a scalable frontend solution that can't end up in global scope hell

I've used a bunch of frameworks and I've been a dev on a minor one, and react was... It works but it's not my cuppa.

But also I haven't done front-end in over two years so my opinion is thankfully moot

Last I did stuff, I was very much about html-first, minimal-js frameworks like Polymer combined with FRP for state propagation.

Once you get a good bit of groundwork, you end up writing very very little js, and much less, less-complicated HTML. I like standards.

These days, I'm watching what choojs is doing and feeling excited. I'm tempted to try and wrap it with an HTML-first API
