React is a thing I've only ever tolerated because I don't have to write very much of it (bc ecosystem). I'm otherwise hella meh

Last I did stuff, I was very much about html-first, minimal-js frameworks like Polymer combined with FRP for state propagation.

Once you get a good bit of groundwork, you end up writing very very little js, and much less, less-complicated HTML. I like standards.
