It's sorta done for now; the PWA bits rely on the master branch of bankai tho, oh and works best with choo 6. Will all soon be released

Also, probs the best way to run it is using npx(1) `$ npx create-choo-app my-cute-app`. Npx should be bundled in recentish Node installs

Love it and am stoked with nanocomponent. For me the lack of internal component state was a blocker to adoption of choo on a recent project
