On node we're probably an order of magnitude faster now. In browser: probably slower? Nanomorph isn't heavily optimized yet
It's a tricky comparison tho - b/c of our explicit render event we render less often, but when we do its probably slower. How to measure?

No that's way faster than all other things. Slower at "hello world" re-renders
