Now that es modules are landing, thought it'd be interesting to host choo's dependencies as modules somewhere (or as one module)
If you want to try it out feel free to! - I'd be heaps interested to hear how it works out; currently not enough bandwidth to play with it

babelify + transform-es2015-modules-commonjs (for fallback) turns gzip up to 9.38 kB :/

Rough :( that's well over double the size. Don't think choo/html should be served btw, without compiling it out it's not that fast unforch
