not everyone trusts downloading random binaries without a way to verify them
- prebuildify is a great step ahead, but room to improve still ya that's the final part: trust - but imo prebuilt binaries > executing untrusted scripts to build things. At least at the moment

most packages just have a hint in a readme than something extra is required to be installed

interesting - e.g. the rabin package has a pure JS version intended for browser, native for Node. Native is an optimization
