I think one of the mistakes I made with choo is "state is immutable" - views derived from state are already immutable; state should mutate

you'd think so right? - but tbh UI is pretty much just wrapping a bunch of strings and numbers inside DOM elements

like: you never display an object - only ever display properties from that object, and that allows objs to be mutated
