ES3 means no strict-mode and no property descriptors which IMO would be a setback
is property descriptors Object.keys() ? - that one's neat; I never use strict mode tho @rvagg

no, that would be Object.defineProperty

and non-strict mode will let you do weird things, like (function(a,a,a){console.log(a)})(1,2,3)
