Why so sad? The accusation of harassment was, by definition, incorrect.
it's telling someone to not feel the way they feel citing a definition some lawyers came up with. I feel it lacks empathy :(

Agreed, but we're sick of things being blown out of proportion with incorrect facts eg. see the whole Crockford thing.
