if you mean https://webpack.github.io/docs/hot-module-replacement-with-webpack.html … it's a different approach (hot module replacement is more complex). Also browserify :D

reloads only the portion of the app that changed. There is a way to do this in browserify too (https://github.com/AgentME/browserify-hmr …).

parts of it, they needed to modify some things for their custom app but have had great feedback from @anandthakker @niall_obrien
