Times web pages have silently failed to interact for me this week because JS hasn't loaded yet: 21. Total time lost: >1hr.
did they change the default behavior or smth? Have noticed JS simply not resolving and no errors idk though it was just me :/

'they' who? many server-side prerender for SEO, but no behavior until JS. Therefore: non-interactive pages, users confused.

they, the humans that build the browsers (e.g. chrome) - get what you're saying now tho - mine was a different issue it seems
