Just read up on it; only supported in IE10+, none of the other browsers - so probably not worth it hah

I'd there a usecase for process.nextTick that setImmediate or requestAnimstionFrame don't cater for?

oh yeah, definitely; RAF and nextTick are totes different things - all nextTick does is make a thing non-blocking
