Like literally: I can't work on lots of scrolling text or long lines. It's incredibly frustrating, and too few people seem to relate
I work on a 12" screen. If anything is more than 80 chars wide / cannot be grasped in half a screen's worth of height it's useless for me

Also another fun constraint: I mostly work on a battery, and have very limited CPU cycles even when plugged in. It's performance or nothing

shouldn't visual text wrapping in your editor do the trick? Passing your constraints on others not nice. Agree on height tho.

i agree, been fighting for it at work too. Used an 11″ air before but even on bigger screens I feel the same.
