nothing yet, but I wanna make faux meat and get it to taste superb - feel like marinades might be grand

My go-to Tofu marinade is 3/4 c veg. broth, 3Tbsp Liq Aminos, 1Tbsp Olive oil, 1Tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 cloves smashed garlic
