hashes can either ben anchor tags on the page, or actual routes and that makes things hard

yes, I personally dislike JS enabled functionality that breaks inherent HTML behavior. For me anchors are anchors, not routes.

yeah, we're gonna be defaulting to that now. Make hash routing opt-in, but kinda discourage it so it'll only be used for legit things
