You can also use `kubectl edit deployment <name>`, which will open the deployment in your editor and apply any changes

gehe, yeah but that output is super scary haha - much prefer the `kubectl describe` + `kubectl apply -f ` ^__^

I use `kubectl apply -f <file>`. Any changed properties will be applied to the deployment, and it will do a rolling update

ah yeah I do that to bootstrap locally; running this stuff only from CI to get containers on staging / prod automatically
