Probably last time I'm flying Iberia - almost got left behind in Berlin, now they've lost my luggage (and that of about 30 others too)

The whole Berlin thing was so weird. They sent people's luggage to Lima on accident, captains son got a free ride but they were "overbooked"
Was this sad old lady that couldn't get on the flight. She booked a year in advance. Also like 4 others. But a fam of 3 staff members got in
