Other way around: you have the name of a streamer you like, and vids come in whenever a new upload happens
but inverse could also work: trigger an upload whenever a file is in a certain dir

when we start thinking about the FS to interact with various APIs we will probs also need to step up our file moving tools

I think this should all def not be a an actual FS but just a watcher - watch a dir; esp on top of brfs / apple fs would be great
