you'll get packet fragmentation when sending > MTU though. what you wanna optimize for is that (roughly 1kb)

yea. basically if you fit your payload into 1kb that works best since it can be sent in one ethernet packet.

ohhh, so then the goal would be to have a renderable 1kb packet that on done pulls in all other resources - sounds heaps cool
